Review momentum
54/100
faster than 56% of Games apps
Review momentum (0-100) blends how fast the app collects ratings compared with other apps in its category (60%), whether that pace is speeding up (25%) and what recent raters give it (15%; recent stars well below lifetime pull it down). Ratings counts are read daily. A jump usually means a launch, a feature, ads or a new review prompt.
About Napkin Games
Draw a head. Fold it over. Pass it on. Fold-a-Monster is the folded-paper drawing game, and on iPhone Duo your monster unfolds as the phone opens.
Napkin Games is six pen-and-paper games, drawn like doodles on a diner napkin, for people sharing one phone or iPad at the same table. Lay it flat between you, or pass it around. No accounts, no ads, no internet needed.
THE GAMES
• Fold-a-Monster: everyone draws one part of a monster, then folds it over so the next artist only sees a few lines peeking past the fold. Secret twists keep it weird. Unfold it at the end to meet your monster, watch it draw itself again, and stick the best ones on the fridge. For two or more.
• Tic-Tac-Toe: the classic, plus Ultimate, with nine boards in one where every move decides where your opponent plays next.
• Four in a Row: drop discs, line up four, then pull the lever and watch them all fall out.
• Dots & Boxes: close a box and go again. Play a quick 3×3 or a long 6×6.
• Rally: a paddle at each end and a ball that speeds up with every hit.
• Doodle: play Guess the Doodle, where one of you draws a secret word and the other guesses, ten words against the clock as a team. Or just doodle together.
NOBODY AROUND?
Play against the computer in Tic-Tac-Toe, Four in a Row, Dots & Boxes and Rally, on Easy, Medium or Hard. Hard doesn't go easy on you.
FOLD TRICKS ON iPHONE DUO
On iPhone Duo, the phone becomes the napkin.
• In Fold-a-Monster, close the phone to fold your part over, and the outside screen tells the next artist what to draw. At the end, open it slowly and your monster unfolds with the hinge.
• Close it mid-game to pause. The score waits on the outside screen.
• Round over? Fold it and open it again for a fresh napkin.
• In Four in a Row, stand it up like a laptop and the board stands up too. Fold it after a round and the discs drop out.
• In Rally, the fold is the net.
• In Guess the Doodle, close it and peek at your secret word on the outside screen.
Great on iPad, too, and it works on any iPhone.
• Hand-drawn look, with pen sounds and haptics
• Works offline
• No ads, no tracking, no accounts. Napkin Games collects nothing.
