Niyet: Quran Widgets & Dhikr

Niyet turns the moment you unlock your phone into a moment of worship. Prayer times, dhikr, the Qur'an and the qibla live on your lock screen, and the apps that pull you away can be locked until you have recited.

LOCK SCREEN AND HOME SCREEN WIDGETS
• Prayer times with a countdown to the next prayer
• Dhikr and salawat counters you can tap without leaving the lock screen
• Prayer tracker and daily deeds: mark them straight from the widget
• Qur'an progress, continue reading, streak, Hijri calendar, suhoor/iftar, qibla, hadith of the day, the Beautiful Names
20 widgets across home screen and lock screen sizes.

PRAYER TIMES
• Calculated for your location. 13 calculation methods, including Diyanet, Muslim World League, Umm al-Qura, Karachi, Egyptian, Moonsighting Committee and Hanafi Asr
• Reminders on time or as many minutes early as you like
• Makruh intervals and the full day from Fajr Begins to Isha
• Mark the five prayers and complete your day

DHIKR
• 16 categories: the 99 Names, after the prayer, morning and evening, before sleep, protection, healing, gratitude, salawat, repentance and more
• Tasbih sets — when one step finishes, the counter moves to the next by itself
• Build your own dhikr and your own target, or count freely
• Arabic, transliteration, meaning, commentary and virtue for every dhikr, with audio
• Weekly and lifetime statistics, streak tracking
• Six bead colours and haptic counting

QUR'AN
• The full mushaf, offline. Surah and juz, in mushaf or revelation order
• Recitation from 8 reciters — downloads on first listen, then plays offline
• Latin transliteration, highlighter, verse notes, bookmarks
• Khatm plan: set pages per day, or the day you want to finish
• The translation follows your app language: English, Arabic, French, Indonesian, Malay, Urdu, Bengali, Hindi and more.

FOCUS — TRADE SCREEN TIME FOR WORSHIP
Niyet really locks the apps you choose, using Apple's Screen Time framework. There are two ways out: recite the dhikr you chose as many times as you set, or photograph your prayer mat. The photo never leaves your device. There is no stop button, on purpose — a threshold you can tap away is a reminder, not a threshold.
