About No BS Feelings Finder
Three words for everything you've ever felt. Fine, stressed, tired.
That's not a vocabulary — and "fine" is doing more work than it can
hold. Somebody asks, you say it, they believe you, and you're left
holding the thing you couldn't name.
It's not that you're bad at feelings. Nobody handed you more than
three words to work with.
THE PROBLEM WITH THREE WORDS
They don't tell you anything you can act on.
Seeing red and kinda pressed are both anger. One needs you to leave
the room. The other needs you to say something before it grows. Same
word, opposite moves — and "angry" doesn't tell you which one you're
in.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap a phrase that sounds like something you'd actually say.
Not a mood wheel. Not a 1-10 scale. The words you'd text a friend.
2. Get the word. What it means in plain language. Where it usually
shows up in your body.
3. Get the move. What that specific feeling, at that specific
intensity, usually needs from you right now.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Hundreds of colloquial phrases across nine emotion categories, each
tiered by intensity, because "blood is boiling" and "ugh" are not the
same problem and shouldn't get the same answer.
A private journal that stays on your device. Export entries to PDF
whenever you want.
Body sensations for every entry, because most people notice the
clenched jaw before they notice the anger.
A crisis tab that's always accessible. Resources work offline and are
never paywalled.
WHAT'S NOT INSIDE
No subscription. No ads. No streaks, badges, or levels.
No progress bar attached to how you feel.
NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE
No analytics. No third-party SDKs. There's no server for your entries
to sit on. Sync, if you turn it on, runs through your own iCloud. We
never see it.
Our App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected. We never built a
way to collect your data. It stays on your phone, and it goes only
where you send it.
BUILT BY ONE PERSON
A solo developer who actually cares about emotional literacy. No team,
no investors, no growth targets.
That's why the app doesn't nag you, and why there's no newsletter you
have to escape from.
Built for adults who were never taught this and got tired of apps that
talk to them like patients or children.
This is not therapy and it isn't a replacement for people. It's for
finding the words before the important conversation.
One-time purchase. Buy it once, that's the whole deal.
