nuan is an iPhone camera and editor for photos and video in your own color. Choose your look before you shoot, then refine it while keeping the original.

SEVEN LOOKS TO MAKE YOUR OWN
Explore Cinema, Drama, Fresh, Film, Matte, Teal & Orange, and Smoke. Compare presets on the same photo or switch to Original. Preview the look, adjust its strength, or make it monochrome. Swipe the viewfinder or preset button to change looks.

EDIT RAW AND JPEG
Adjust exposure, highlights, shadows, contrast, saturation, temperature, tint, grain, and halation. Rotate, flip, straighten, crop, and compare your edits. Originals and edit settings are stored separately, so you can revisit the result.

SAVE YOUR SIGNATURE LOOK
Save your current edits as a named preset, or create one in Settings. Reorder presets and rename built-in looks. Import Lightroom XMP presets with supported adjustments. Different processing and supported settings mean results may differ from Lightroom.

CONTROL LIGHT AND FOCUS
Set ISO and shutter speed manually. Use exposure compensation, tap to focus, AE/AF Lock, manual focus, focus peaking, and a histogram. A timer, grid, level, and on-device face, cat, and dog recognition help you frame your shot. Camera Control and Lock Screen launch are available on supported devices.

PHOTOS AND VIDEO
Switch between photo and video in one capture screen. Apply color and texture to video, then adjust its duration and audio. Import RAW, JPEG, HEIC, and video files for editing.

SAVE AND SHARE
Export photos as JPEG or HEIC and save them to Photos. Choose optional automatic saving after capture. Settings let you choose whether gallery deletion also removes tracked copies from Photos and whether restoring saves a new copy. Deleted items remain recoverable in the app for 30 days.

RAW COMPATIBILITY
Import and develop Apple ProRAW (DNG). Other RAW files must be supported by your version of iOS. Compatibility varies by camera model, compression method, file format, and iOS version; not all RAW or DNG files are supported. Developed images export as JPEG or HEIC. RAW capture requires a compatible iPhone, lens, and capture configuration.

Requires iOS 26 or later on iPhone. RAW formats, resolution, lenses, video quality, and Camera Control depend on the device and capture configuration. File import and editing remain available when RAW capture is unsupported. Live preview differs from developed RAW output. Save important originals outside the app as well.
