OffsetFit Pipe Desk

OffsetFit Pipe Desk is a field geometry studio for plumbers, pipefitters, remodelers, and serious DIYers who need rolling offsets, simple offsets, fitting takeoffs, and stick-length cut sheets before they cut pipe.

Enter rise, set, and roll. See travel length, true fitting angle, and advance update on a live diagram. Drop real fittings from an on-device library into a run builder. Export a clean PDF cut sheet you can share from the truck seat or the bench—no account required.

BUILT FOR THE JOB, NOT THE OFFICE
Pure on-device math and reference. Offline-first. Free to use. Educational disclaimers remind you that local code, engineer specs, and manufacturer data always supersede app calculations. Not a job CRM, marketplace, or certification tool.

ROLLING OFFSET WORKSPACE
Enter center-to-center offset and roll. The live diagram updates travel, fitting angle, and advance as you type. Snap helpers lock common 22.5°, 45°, and 60° solutions with one tap so you can move from puzzle to numbers fast.

SIMPLE OFFSET & PARALLEL RUN BOARD
Solve single-plane offsets and parallel pipe jumps. Drag dimension callouts, mirror left/right hand, and switch centerline vs outside-of-pipe modes when the framing demands it.

FITTING TAKEOFF LIBRARY (90+ SEEDED CARDS)
Copper, PVC/CPVC, black steel, and PEX—elbows, tees, street ells, couplings, reducers, flanges. Each card stores nominal size, end type, and manufacturer-typical takeout/center-to-end so runs compute without guesswork placeholders. Open detail sheets for large callouts, end-prep notes, common use cases, and one-tap add to your open run. Search and filter by material, size, and angle family.

RUN BUILDER CUT DESK
Stack straight sticks and fittings into a named run. Auto-sum centerline length, subtract takeouts, and compute required stick pieces. Reorder segments, duplicate a run as a template for the next bay, and keep every layout ready for the next cut.

STICK & WASTE PLANNER
Choose common stock lengths (for example 10 ft / 21 ft or metric bars). The app bins cuts into sticks and shows remnant summary so you see leftover before you buy or torch.

ANGLE & SETBACK QUICK TABLES
Offline reference grids for common elbow angles, setback multipliers, and diagonal factors. Pin favorites to the home hub for one-thumb field use.

PDF CUT SHEET EXPORT
Generate a single-page job sheet with diagram snapshot, travel/set/advance block, fitting list, stick bins, and blank field note lines. Share via the system Share Sheet or Files—no login wall.

HOME HUB, PRESETS & WIDGET
Recent offset solutions and named runs as rich cards. Pin three field presets. Optional Home Screen widget shows locked travel and angle for glanceable job-site recall.

UNITS & FIELD PREFERENCES
Imperial/metric toggle, fraction display (1/16, 1/8) vs decimal, centerline vs OD preference, and diagram contrast mode for bright job-site glare.

FIELD GLOSSARY
Plain-language definitions of travel, set, advance, roll, takeout, street ell, and center-to-end—
