Ratings counts are read daily. A jump usually means a launch, a feature, ads or a new review prompt.
About OnSite by GroupEd
Sign in at school. Be ready when it matters.
OnSite by GroupEd is the staff app for schools that use OnSite. Sign yourself in and out, see who is on site, and run an emergency roll call from your phone. You need an account from your school. The app is for school staff only, not for pupils or parents.
SIGN IN AND OUT
Sign in with one tap. Your location is checked against your school's site, so the on-site list can be trusted. Sign in a visitor or a colleague you are hosting. See your own sign-ins in My Activity. Your personal QR badge is in the app for the kiosk, and you can add it to Apple Wallet. If you turn it on, your phone can also notice your school's reception kiosk and sign you in as you arrive.
WHO IS ON SITE
Reception and school leaders see everyone on site: staff, visitors, governors, contractors and late pupils. Search by name, vehicle or company. The list updates by itself.
EMERGENCIES
Start a lockdown, soft lockdown, invacuation, medical hold or evacuation by holding a button, and choose Real emergency or Drill. Every member of staff is told at once. Teachers report their room and take their class roll call. Leaders watch the whole school on one board. Send a message to the office, or ask for help quietly. End with an all clear and keep a record of who was accounted for.
Your school's OnSite administrator decides whether the emergency features are switched on and who can start one.
SECURE AND SIMPLE
Face ID or Touch ID locks the app. Works in English and Welsh. Made for phone and iPad.
