Ordio Terminal turns a tablet into a time clock for your team. People tap their name, enter their PIN and check in. Their times then show in Ordio.
At the Terminal
• Check in, start a break and check out.
• Before you check out, you see your times and any open checklists.
• You answer checklists right at the Terminal, with your PIN.
• Infos and broadcasts for your team show right at the Terminal.
• The Terminal speaks 22 languages, including Turkish, Ukrainian and Romanian.
Setting up
• With the new design, each tablet has its own settings: Home, At check-in, Check-in photo, Time format and Terminal language.
• Someone with an administrator account sets break rules, tolerance and overtime in Ordio, under Settings, "Shift planning & time tracking".
• You switch each tablet to the new design on its own. You can switch back to the old design at any time.
