Cysterly helps you keep a personal record of symptoms, mood, periods, weight, and medications, with a check-in that fits what you want to track.
LOG WHAT MATTERS TODAY
Tap where it is on a simple body map: head and face, chest, belly, or all over. Record several symptoms in one check-in, with a separate severity for each. Pin up to five symptoms to find them quickly. Add mood, locations, or notes when useful, and choose a past date when you need to catch up.
KEEP YOUR FULL HISTORY FOR FREE
View your complete history in Calendar and list views. Export your records as a CSV for free. Basic logging, history, and CSV export do not require a subscription.

See your last logged period start and the lengths of recorded intervals. Cysterly shows how much history a summary uses without predicting your next period or ovulation.

Separate advertising measurement uses Meta and TikTok SDKs, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Available plans, localized prices, billing periods, and any eligible introductory offer are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple account settings. Basic logging, full history, and CSV export remain available without Premium.
Cysterly supports personal tracking and appointment preparation. It does not diagnose PCOS, confirm ovulation, or recommend treatment. Recorded summaries and educational prompts are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns.
