Peelr Fitness

The health and fitness app for the rest of us.

Peelr is for people who don't live at the gym and couldn't point to half the muscles on a workout diagram if you paid them. Just people trying to eat a little better, move a little more, and not make it their whole personality.

One app instead of four.
Everything lives in one place, so keeping track of your health doesn't turn into its own second job. No more bouncing between a calorie counter, a workout app, a fasting timer, and a pill reminder that all act like the others don't exist.

Weight that tells you the truth, gently.
Weigh in as often as you want. A 7-day average smooths out the noise, so one salty dinner doesn't wreck your trend line, and your goal date comes from your actual data instead of wishful thinking.

Nutrition without the friction.
Log food by search, by barcode, or by just typing what you ate in plain English and letting Peelr estimate it. Calories, carbs, fat, protein, fiber, water. No food scale required. Searches are grounded in USDA's reference database, and Peelr tells you when a number is an estimate rather than a verified match.

Workouts built to fit your life, not the other way around.
Your program is a queue of workouts you move through at your own pace, not a calendar that keeps score. Nothing is ever locked. Missing a week doesn't put you behind. A skipped workout comes back around instead of disappearing. Traveling, or the gym's busy, or you've got nothing but a chair? Swap any workout for one that fits what you actually have today. More than 1,300 exercises with animated demos, filters by muscle and equipment, and a manual builder for when you'd rather pick yourself.

Health beyond the basics.
A fasting timer with history. Supplements and medications with reminders. A blood pressure log with an AHA-categorized trend. Plus a weekly insight that connects the dots, so you don't have to become a data analyst about your own body.

Started, stopped, starting again?
That's the normal case, not the failure case. Come back after two weeks away and Peelr picks up where you left off. No guilt screen, no "you missed 14 days," no streak to rebuild from zero.

Your data is yours.
Your weight, meals, workouts and health entries stay on your device. No account system, no tracking, no ads, no analytics, no server-side database. The only time anything leaves your phone is when you ask the AI assistant for a recipe, a workout program or your weekly insight, and then it sends only the minimal, anonymized numbers needed for that one answer. Never your name, never your full history. Export everything as JSON whenever you want.

Apple Health, both ways.
Syncs weight, nutrition, workouts, blood pressure and water with the Health app, and reads sleep, body composition and blood pressure from your connected devices.

Not medical advice. Peelr is a habit-tracking tool. Talk to your healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program or making medical decisions.
