See what your photos reveal, then share a copy without it. Photo Metadata EXIF Remover shows every detail stored in a photo's file and shares a copy with no metadata, or with only the location removed. Your original stays as it is.

SEE EVERYTHING A PHOTO HOLDS
• Open any photo or video to see every detail stored in its file, from camera settings to location and dates.
• See on a map where a photo was taken and, when the file records it, which way the camera faced.
• Search by field name or value, and copy any value.

SHARE A COPY WITHOUT THE DETAILS
• Share Without Any Metadata sends a copy with no camera, date, or location details.
• Share Without GPS Data sends a copy without its location and keeps the rest.
• Tap Actions on a photo and choose one. To do several, tap Select first.
• In the app, JPEG copies keep their exact picture data. A JPEG you share from Photos may be re-encoded by Photos first. Other formats may be re-encoded.

IN THE PHOTOS APP
Three actions appear under the Share button in Photos, so you don't have to open this app. They work on up to 20 photos at a time:
• View All Metadata
• Share Without Any Metadata
• Share Without GPS Data

GOOD TO KNOW
• The original in your library keeps its metadata. Only the copy you share goes without it.
• Removing metadata works on photos only. You can still open a video to see its details.
• Live Photos are shared as still photos.

PRIVACY
Your photos are never uploaded or copied from this app to any server or cloud. Maps and place names come from Apple Maps, which receives a photo's coordinates. Usage and crash data never include your photos, file names, or metadata values, and you can turn them off in Settings.
