Pickleball Groups: The Crew

Run your pickleball crew without the group text. Schedule games, collect RSVPs, build brackets, keep score, and keep a running record of who's actually winning.

The Crew is for the group you already play with every week. It's not a court finder or a way to meet new players. It's home base for your regulars.

SCHEDULE GAMES AND COLLECT RSVPS
Set the date, format, and courts. Any member can create a session. Players tap in, out, or maybe, and the roster updates live. Reminders go out before every game, and sessions sync to your calendar.

WAITLISTS THAT RUN THEMSELVES
When a session fills, players join the waitlist. If someone drops, the next player is promoted and notified automatically.

BRACKETS BUILT FROM WHO SHOWED UP
Round robin or king of the court for multi-court open play. Singles or doubles, rotating or fixed partners. Check players in at the courts and The Crew builds the bracket from who's actually there.

LIVE SCORING AND STANDINGS
Enter scores from any phone. Standings update as each game is recorded, so there's no debate about who's up.

CREW CHAT
Every crew gets its own chat, so game talk stays out of your texts.

GROUP TEXTS FORGET. THE CREW REMEMBERS.
With Crew Plus, every match adds up: head-to-head records against everyone you play, partner stats, streaks, and season and all-time standings. That friend who swears they never lose? The numbers tell a different story. One organizer subscription covers the whole crew.

WHAT'S FREE
Scheduling, RSVPs, waitlists, brackets, live scoring, standings, and chat are free for every crew. Organize 1 crew with up to 20 players, and join as many crews as you like. Crew Plus adds unlimited crews, unlimited roster size, and full history. Players never pay.

No ads. Private by default. We don't sell your data. No location or birthdate required.
