Police Test Practice

Prepare for your police recruitment test with realistic practice designed to help you improve your speed, accuracy and confidence.

Whether you're preparing for a police psychometric test, police aptitude test, police assessment or recruitment exam, this app gives you the practice and methods you need to perform under pressure.

I created this app after preparing for (and passing) the New Zealand Police Psychometric Test myself. I struggled to find quality practice that resembled the real assessment and, more importantly, explained how to actually work out the answers.

If you've been out of school for years and need a refresher on maths, verbal reasoning or problem solving, this app is designed to help.

FULL MOCK EXAM

Put yourself under timed test conditions with:

• 60 questions
• 30-minute countdown
• Verbal reasoning
• Numerical reasoning
• Abstract reasoning
• Questions that increase in difficulty
• Flag questions to review
• Results and ranking when you finish

Your progress is saved, so if you need to stop, you can return later and continue from where you left off.

THOUSANDS OF PRACTICE QUESTIONS

Get a new set of questions every time you practise.

With thousands of questions covering verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning, you can keep practising without simply memorising the answers.

LEARN HOW TO SOLVE THE QUESTIONS

Police recruitment tests often require you to work quickly without relying on a calculator.

That's why the app doesn't just show you the correct answer. It teaches you how to get there.

Numerical questions include step-by-step explanations showing the methods you can use to work problems out on paper, including useful shortcuts and simple maths techniques.

FORGOTTEN YOUR SCHOOL MATHS?

You're not alone.

If it's been years since you've had to work with percentages, ratios, averages, fractions or basic calculations, the app helps you refresh the fundamentals and understand the method behind the answer.

PRACTISE THE AREAS YOU NEED

Short on time? Don't do a full mock exam.

Choose the area you want to work on:

• Numerical reasoning
• Verbal reasoning
• Abstract reasoning

Focus on your weaker areas, build your speed and then test yourself with a full timed exam.
