About Ponyatno: Blood Test Results
Got your blood test back and it's a wall of numbers and abbreviations? Snap a photo of the report — Ponyatno explains every value in plain words: what it means, what's in range and what to ask your doctor.
Any lab, any format: photo, scan or PDF. Your results are usually ready in about a minute.
What you get
• Plain-language explanations. Every value explained briefly and calmly, using the reference range printed on your report, plus your sex and age. No jargon, no scary wording.
• What matters, at a glance. What's in range, what's outside it and what's worth discussing with your doctor — flagged right next to each value.
• Years of history. Add old reports — even a whole folder at once. Ponyatno sorts them by date and charts every value, so you see where it's heading, not just where it was last time.
• What changed. Each new result is compared with the previous one: what went up, what went down.
• Overall picture. A short summary on your home screen: what stands out across your results and what to keep an eye on.
• An assistant that knows your results. Ask "why is my ferritin low?" or "what should I test alongside TSH?" — answers draw on your own numbers and dates, not generic articles. It helps you prepare questions for your appointment.
• My cycle. Female hormone ranges depend on the day of your cycle — FSH, LH, estradiol and progesterone are read against the right phase. Calendar, predictions and a daily log.
• Illness diary. Temperature, medication, symptoms and how you feel, day by day — so you can tell your doctor exactly what happened.
• Trackers and reminders. Blood pressure, glucose, weight, sleep, habits — and a nudge when it's time to retest.
• Five languages. English, Spanish, German, Ukrainian and Russian. A report in one language, explained in yours — handy if you live abroad.
For you and the people you care about
Helping a parent make sense of their results? A clear explanation is easy to pass on and talk through with their doctor.
