About Prevoy
One trip. One personalized plan. Fewer surprises.
Travel preparation is scattered across airline sites, government pages, booking emails and half-finished notes. Prevoy brings it into one plan that is built around your actual trip: your destination, your dates, your passport and the way you like to fly.
WHAT PREVOY DOES
• Documents and entry — passport validity against the 6-month rule and the Schengen 10-year rule, the entry scheme for your nationality (ESTA, ETA, e-Visa, ETIAS, arrival cards and more), proofs you may be asked for, and what dual citizens need to decide. Every rule links to its official source with the date Prevoy last reviewed it.
• Connection check — enter the itinerary you found and Prevoy explains it leg by leg: layover length against a transparent estimate, separate tickets versus one booking, bags checked through or not, terminal and airport changes, overnight layovers, where you will clear immigration and whether a transit visa may apply. It never labels a connection "safe". It explains the reason, separates what it knows from your entries from what is an estimate, and flags what you must confirm.
• Compare options — direct or connecting, cheaper or faster: total journey time, price, complexity and action items side by side so the trade-off is visible.
• Packing manifest — a list built from the climate, the season, your trip length, your activities and your luggage plan, with plug adapters and voltage notes for the destination, carry-on and checked bags separated, estimated weights against your airline's allowance, and a laundry plan for long trips.
• Preparation timeline — tasks at 60, 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 days before departure, on departure day, after landing and before the trip home, each with the reason it matters. Optional reminders, entirely on your device.
• Departure day — online check-in, leave-home time, airport arrival, bag drop and gate close computed from your flight and your own lead times.
• Insurance and health — policy details, coverage checklist, medication supply for the whole trip plus a buffer, destination health notes and restricted-medication warnings.
• Money and connectivity — currency facts, a converter with your own or a fetched reference rate, bank notifications, backup cards, cash plan, local tipping customs, and an eSIM / roaming / local SIM planner.
• Central itinerary — flights, lodging, transfers, activities, confirmation numbers and addresses in one offline place, with a Maps shortcut.
• Emergency plan — local emergency numbers, your embassy finder, insurance assistance line, airline and card hotlines, a medical card, and playbooks for a lost passport, a missed flight, lost bags, a medical emergency or a stolen wallet. All offline.
• Trip dossier — export the whole plan as a PDF to share with someone at home.
