About Pro Certs
Pro Certs Electrical Certificates. Generate fast, compliant electrical certificates on iPad — works offline, sync to cloud, and save hours on every job. Updated to BS 7671 Amendment 4 2026.
Pro Certs is the trusted electrical certification app for UK electricians. Produce professional PDF certificates based on BS 7671, BS 5266-1, BS 5839-6, and Part F — all in one place.
CERTIFICATES YOU CAN CREATE:
- Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
- Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC)
- Minor Electrical Works Certificate (MW)
- Emergency Lighting Certificates (BS 5266-1)
- Fire Alarm Certificates (BS 5839-6 Grade C, D & F)
- Domestic Ventilation Certificates (Part F)
BUILT FOR SPEED:
Create certificate templates once, then copy and reuse them on every job. Copy entire distribution boards or individual circuits in seconds. Convert EICs to EICRs and back again. Certificates are never locked.
WORKS WHERE YOU WORK:
Go fully offline on site — Pro Certs stores everything locally and syncs seamlessly to the cloud when you reconnect. Your data is always available, even without a signal.
POWERFUL FEATURES:
- Unlimited certificate creation
- Cloud sync across devices and users
- Attach photos to EICR observations and any certificate type
- Prepend or append cover page PDFs
- Import/Export distribution boards between certificates
- Share certificates with other Pro Certs app users
- Auto-generate certificate reference numbers
- Customise certificate colour to match your company branding
- Choose your competent person scheme (CPS) logo
