About Proactor – Transcribe
Proactor — Proactive AI Note Taker for Meetings, Voice & Real-Time Transcription
Proactor is an AI assistant that listens during your meetings, lectures, and calls and automatically turns what it hears into clean, structured notes. Instead of waiting for commands, it anticipates what you need — surfacing key points, action items, and relevant context while you stay focused on the conversation.
Record and transcribe in real time
Use Proactor as a voice recorder and audio recorder that does more than capture sound. It can transcribe voice to text in real time, so you can follow a live conversation or lecture without missing a word. Your recordings, transcripts, and notes are saved together and stay easy to search later.
Meeting notes and summaries
As an AI meeting note taker, Proactor highlights the moments that matter and turns them into concise summaries, key takeaways, and a clear list of action items — so nothing important is lost after the call ends.
Voice memos that become tasks
Capture a quick idea or voice memo and Proactor transcribes it, then pulls out the tasks and decisions inside — helping you move from talking to doing.
Memory across conversations
Unlike basic note apps, Proactor remembers your past sessions and connects ideas over time. Ask about earlier conversations and get answers drawn from your own history, like an always-on second brain.
Where Proactor helps
• Meetings: real-time context and tracked action items.
• Lectures: full capture, summaries, and on-the-fly explanations for easier review.
• Sales calls: live talking points and automatic follow-up drafts.
• Team work: clear task ownership and faster execution.
Your data stays private, securely stored, and synced across your devices. Free to start.
If you want to take smarter notes, record and transcribe voice to text, or keep an AI that thinks ahead in every conversation — that's Proactor.
