• New Acronyms & Mnemonics Reference Tool
Added a searchable, category-filtered reference containing common policing memory aids across core policing, evidence, arrest and custody, road policing, wellbeing and first aid, with expandable guidance and favourites support.
• Expanded Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 Reference
Added a dedicated searchable reference covering offences within Schedule 8, related roadside powers and key definitions, including guidance on section 95 mud and debris offences.
• Updated Traffic Fixed Penalty Guidance
Updated Direct Measures and supporting road traffic content to reflect Police Scotland’s new Traffic Fixed Penalty procedure, including payment, default consequences, endorsement and the right to request a court hearing.
