About PushUp RPG: Push UP Warrior
Point your phone at the floor and start. Pushup Warrior counts every push-up with the camera. You never tap the screen and you never count in your head. Every rep you do is damage to the monster in front of you.
It is a push-up workout and an RPG at the same time. You get stronger. Your warrior gets stronger.
THE JOURNEY
A 60-day push-up campaign built around your level, on a map of ten dungeons. Every day is a fight with sets and rest timers, and every dungeon ends with a boss that tests your max. It gets harder as you get stronger.
ASCENSION
Clear all 60 days and ascend. A new campaign starts from your new max, with tougher foes and bigger rewards.
HANDS-FREE REP COUNTING
The camera watches you and counts a rep only when you go deep enough. No watch. No band. No buttons. Put the phone down and train.
RANKED 1V1 ARENA
Fight a real person in a live 1v1 battle. Same clock, same rules, most reps wins. Win to raise your rating and climb the leaderboard. You can also send a friendly challenge to a friend.
PRACTICE BOSSES
Spar in the arena with eight bosses from ROOKIE to MYTHIC. The Bog Matron is slow. The Hollow King does 65 reps a minute. Stayhard never stops at 80, and Demonback does 100. Pick your fight.
ARCADE
Short sessions for a busy day.
BEAT THE CLOCK - most reps in 30, 60, 120 or 300 seconds.
SURVIVE THE HORDE - endless foes. One knockdown ends it.
ONE SET TO FAILURE - one set until you cannot do one more.
QUESTS
ROAD TO 100 - go from 5 push-ups to 100.
SIX-PACK PROGRAM - build a strong, visible core.
ENDURANCE PROGRAM - raise your stamina and your energy.
ARMORY AND FORGE
Win gear from every dungeon boss: helm, chest, legs, weapon and shield. Earn Embers with clean reps and new bests, and forge your gear up to +5.
DAILY BOUNTIES
Three new tasks every day. Clear them through the week to open the war chest.

Level, rank, streak, achievements, a bestiary of every monster you meet and a chart of your max reps. Watch the line climb.
NO EQUIPMENT
No gym, no weights, no pull-up bar. You need a floor and a phone. Train at home, in a hotel room, in the park or at the playground.
