Tell Ray about your day, like you'd text a friend. You don't need a question or a neatly written story. Start with whatever you wanted to share.
Ray is an AI you can talk to by text or voice. Send a photo, share a small win, or talk about something that's been on your mind. Ray can bring up things you told it days or weeks ago, so you can keep a conversation going over time.
RAY CAN REACH OUT FIRST
If you tell Ray about an upcoming interview, it can ask how it went afterward. Something you mentioned earlier can become the start of another conversation.
YOUR CHATS BECOME A JOURNAL
After the day ends, Ray writes a short journal entry from what you shared, with photos you sent. Read it later to revisit the day. You don't have to write a separate diary entry.
A day closes at 4 a.m., so today's entry appears after that. Days with no conversation or nothing to keep won't have an entry.
FIND SOMETHING YOU TOLD RAY
Ask "What was the name of that restaurant?" or "When did I start the new job?" Ray looks through what you shared before.
SHARE A NOTEBOOK PAGE
Send a photo of a notebook page and Ray can transcribe it.
ADD PLANS WHEN YOU ASK
Ray can add events to your iPhone Calendar and to-dos to Reminders.

Pick several photos at once
• Tap “From library” to select up to 5 photos in one go. They’re sent in the order you picked them.
• Ray now knows when the photos you pick from your library were taken.
• In the Journal tab, you can now add photos when you tap “Fill in” or “Edit” on a past day. If that day already has an entry and you only add photos, the entry stays as it is and the photos are added to it.
• You can now copy the lines you write on that screen. If you tap “Done” and saving fails, your lines stay on your phone.

Edit past journal entries and fill in missing days
• Something missing or not quite right? Send a few lines and Ray will rewrite that day’s entry.
• You can also fill in days that don’t have an entry. Just write down what happened and Ray will write the entry for you. The first day you fill in is free, even without a subscription.
• Pop-ups that appear when you open the app no longer close if you accidentally tap outside them.
