STEP 1 — SHOW YOUR CARD

Open your card in a second:
• Touch and hold the Reachia icon, then tap Show My Card
• Or ask Siri: "Show my Reachia card"
• Or add it to your Lock Screen, Control Center (iOS 18+) or Action Button

The screen brightens so it's easy to scan.

• Make a card for each job, in 7 colors
• Can't scan? Text them your card. iPhone can also write it to an NFC tag.

STEP 2 — SAVE THEM IN SECONDS

• Paper card? Tap Scan Business Card. Reachia fills in the details.
• Their phone shows a QR code with their contact details? Tap Scan Their Code.
• No card at all? Tap Add Someone, type a name, tap Save.
• Already in your iPhone contacts? Tap Import from iPhone Contacts.

Add a note or where you met, if you like. No signal at the event? It still saves, and backs up to iCloud later.

STEP 3 — FOLLOW UP, EVERY DAY

Open Today and see who to message, in order: Reach out now, This week, Keep warm.

• Tap Draft follow-up. Reachia writes the message for you.
• Send it from Messages or Mail, and they're marked done.
• See where you met and your notes before you write.
• Already reached out? Tap Done. Changed your mind? Tap Undo.

KEEP YOUR PROMISES
Said "I'll send you the deck"? Waiting on a reply? Set a reminder, and Reachia shows it on Today when it's due. Need to be sure? Make it an alarm (iOS 26+).

AFTER AN EVENT
Saved several people at the same event? Today offers a quick recap: add a line about each while it's fresh, and star who to contact first.

GOT A REFERRAL?
In Add Someone, fill in who sent them your way. Reachia reminds you to follow up, and to thank that person if they're in Reachia too.

A DAILY REMINDER
Turn it on and Reachia reminds you who to contact, at the time you choose. Touch and hold the notification to mark done or snooze.

ASK REACHIA
Tap Ask Reachia at the bottom and type:

"Who did I meet in San Francisco?"
"Draft a check-in for Sarah."
"Remind me to call Maria tomorrow at 3pm."

Reachia finds people, writes messages, sets reminders and alarms, adds notes and tags, and marks follow-ups done. It runs on Apple Intelligence, right on your device, so your contacts are never sent to an AI server. (Needs iOS 26 or later on a device that supports Apple Intelligence, with it turned on.)

FIND ANYONE
Forgot their name? Search by company, job title, notes, tags or where you met. Your contacts show up in iPhone search too.

REMEMBER WHERE YOU MET
Save the place in one tap. In the Groups tab, see your events on a map or a timeline, and who you met at each.
