About Reboot: 90-Day Habit Reset
"You can't quit because your will is weak" — that is not what's happening.
What you're trying to quit is engineered to pull you back, and resisting it bare-handed is a losing game. This app doesn't preach willpower. It rebuilds the mechanics around you, and over 90 days it turns "something you strain to resist" into "just what you do."
■ One story a day — a 90-day program
Each day unlocks exactly one story with what you need that day: riding out the wave of an urge, designing your environment, getting ahead of your risky hours, and standing back up after a fall. Each story is a 2–3 minute read. No binge-reading — you focus on today's move only.
■ A one-tap morning pledge, a 30-second night check-in
Deciding "not today" in the morning changes how the day ends. At night, log your mood and urges in 30 seconds. These records pay off later.
■ AI Weekly Report
From one week of your numbers, AI reads the hours when urges cluster and proposes next week's move. Only aggregated numbers are sent — notes and anything you write never leave your device.
■ Safari Blocker
Adds a Safari content filter covering 100+ high-risk sites. It's not a magic wall — it's a tool that adds friction at the doorway. Every extra step raises your odds of outlasting the peak of an urge.
■ SOS for the moment an urge hits
A 15-minute wait timer and 60 seconds of deep breathing. Urges are waves — they always recede. Every urge you outlast is recorded, and that count never goes down, even after a reset.
■ Private by design
No account, anonymous. Your records stay on your device (or in your iCloud, if you turn sync on). Notifications never contain embarrassing words, and you can even keep day counts off your lock screen.
The program from Day 8 onward, the AI weekly report, the Safari blocker, detailed analysis, and iCloud sync are available with Pro.
