About SAI+
SAI+ is a color palette tool for iPhone and iPad. Sample colors from your photos, create palettes, and export color references for your design work.
Choose colors using photos, a color wheel, RGB / HSB / CMYK sliders, or HEX input. View each color in HEX, RGB, HSB, and CMYK, and add it to your color list.
REFERENCE PHOTOS AND SAMPLE LOCATIONS
Save reference photos together with your colors. A palette can include colors sampled from multiple photos.
Numbered markers show the sampling locations on each photo. Corresponding color values appear beside the image, with matching color chips below.
ORGANIZE YOUR PALETTES
Tap EDIT in LIST to rearrange colors using the standard iOS reorder handles. Reference photos move with their corresponding colors.
Save palettes with a custom name and date. Search saved palettes by name or HEX value, and sort them by date.
The previous limits of 20 colors per list and 50 saved lists have been removed. Available storage depends on your device.
EXPORT AND IMPORT
Choose PDF to create a document containing reference photos, sampling markers, color chips, and color values.
Choose EXPORT to create an editable .saipalette file containing your colors, reference photos, and sampling locations.
Transfer exported files using AirDrop or other options in the iOS share sheet. On another device, tap FILE in LIST to import a .saipalette file. Both devices need a compatible version of SAI+.

Photo access is used to sample colors and save reference images locally. Photos are not uploaded automatically. Reference images are included in exported PDFs or palette files only when you choose to export or share them.
Core color selection and palette editing work offline when the required photos are available on your device. Photos stored only in iCloud may require an internet connection to download.
Sharing between devices uses exported files. Automatic cloud synchronization is not provided.
COLOR ACCURACY
Colors sampled from photos are based on image pixels. Lighting, shadows, reflections, white balance, image processing, and display settings can affect the results.
Colors may appear different across devices and viewing conditions.
CMYK values are simplified conversions from RGB. Printed results depend on the paper, ink, printer, and color profile.
