Saison: Seasonal Fruit & Veg

Tell Saison your budget and how many people you're feeding: it builds your week's food shop list from fruit and veg at its peak, plus four recipes that use every last bit.

MY WEEK
One budget, one headcount, done: the seasonal fruit and veg to buy, the quantities and the recipes that go with them. Every Sunday, next week is ready and waiting.

NO ADS, NO TRACKERS
Not one banner, not one video to close, no data collected. You open Saison, you get Saison.

WHAT'S IN SEASON, AT A GLANCE
369 fruits, vegetables, fish, seafood and cheeses: what's at its peak, what's arriving, what's on its way out. Seasons follow a temperate European climate; south of the equator, Saison shifts the whole calendar by six months.

FOOD GUIDES THAT GET TO THE POINT
Nutrition facts (from Ciqual, the French national food database), benefits, storage, how to pick the best one, and a story to tell at the table. Everything you need in 30 seconds.

207 SEASONAL RECIPES
Simple, illustrated, and they scale to the number of people at the table. Filter by month, by ingredient or by mood.

IN THE GARDEN: 237 PLANTS TO GROW
When to sow, when to plant, when to harvest, month by month, with sun, soil and care tips. Made for a veg patch or allotment as much as a balcony.

Also: instant search, favourites, shopping basket, home screen widget, dark mode, VoiceOver and Dynamic Type. Everything works offline.

WHY EAT SEASONALLY?
- More flavour: produce picked ripe has nothing in common with fruit shipped out of season.
- Better for the planet: less transport, fewer heated greenhouses, more local growers.

THE SAISON+ SUBSCRIPTION
Saison is a subscription app: after the welcome screens, Saison+ unlocks the whole app. There is one plan and everything is included. Your first month is at a reduced introductory price, then it renews yearly. The exact price is shown in your currency before you commit, and you can cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings.

MADE WITH CARE, IN FRANCE
- 100% native iOS: fast, smooth, offline
- Trusted sources: Ciqual (ANSES), ADEME, INRAE
- Full accessibility: VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, AA contrast
