Latest updates
1.1
New: a lesson for every technique, from singles to the Swordfish. Each one works through a real board while a voice explains it, with captions to follow with the sound off.
Stuck partway through a classic puzzle? Tap Learn and it walks through the rest with you, one technique at a time, with every candidate shown. Play from here hands the board back whenever you want it. As before, a puzzle solved with Learn isn't scored.
Lessons come in all eleven of the app's languages, each read by a recorded male or female voice, or by your device's own.
Also new: the scanner outlines the grid as soon as it finds it, even on a sideways page. With automatic notes on, tapping a note now adjusts it instead of clearing them all. How to Play ends with a page on automatic notes.
1.0.6
With a game to resume and larger text, the buttons at the top of the Home screen could slide under the status bar. They now stay in place.
Locked difficulties now say what opens them. Nothing in the game costs extra.
The Naked Triple lesson now stops on a naked triple.
