SendDM - DM Automation

SendDM is the Instagram and Facebook auto reply app for creators and businesses. Turn every comment into a DM, answer keywords automatically, and keep all your conversations in one inbox, without touching your phone.

Set it up once. Someone comments "LINK" on your Reel, and SendDM sends them the link in a DM within seconds, 24/7.

COMMENT TO DM

Auto DM anyone who comments on your Instagram posts, Reels or Facebook Page. Send links, lead magnets, discount codes and product details the moment someone asks. Reply to the comment in public too, so others see it works.

REWIND: DM PAST COMMENTERS

Just set up an automation on an old post? Rewind sends your DM to everyone who already commented, not only the next ones. Run it on one post or across all your posts.

KEYWORD AUTO REPLIES

Build keyword triggers that answer DMs and comments automatically. Add buttons, images, quick replies and links, and chain steps into a flow. No coding, no templates to learn.

ASK TO FOLLOW

Ask the person to follow you before the link is sent, and deliver it automatically once they do. Grow followers from the content you already post.

STORY AND LIVE AUTOMATIONS

Reply to Story mentions and Story reactions on their own. Auto reply to comments during your Instagram Live. Thank people while they are still interested.

DM AUTOMATIONS

Welcome message for new conversations, default reply when nothing matches, conversation starters and a main menu so people can reach the right answer in one tap.

ONE INBOX FOR INSTAGRAM AND MESSENGER

Every Instagram DM and Facebook Messenger thread in a single list. Reply with text or voice notes, see the full history, and never lose a customer in the noise.

AI COMMENT REPLIES

Let AI answer comments in your brand voice. You decide what it can and cannot talk about, and you review everything before it goes live.

AI SPAM PROTECTION

Hide or delete spam, scams and abusive comments automatically. Review anything borderline from the app.

POST SCHEDULER

Plan Reels and posts, publish at the best time, and attach a comment automation before the post goes live. Cross-post to your Facebook Page.

TRIAL REELS

See which trial Reels are working and attach a DM automation to them before they reach your followers.

LINK IN BIO

A fast, branded link page with your links, socials, videos and products, with click analytics built in.

LEAD CAPTURE AND CONTACTS

Collect emails and mobile numbers inside the DM. Every person your automations reach becomes a contact you can search, tag and export.

ANALYTICS

See DMs sent, reply rates, link clicks, follower growth and which automations bring the most conversations.

WORKS WITH THE OFFICIAL API

SendDM connects Instagram Professional accounts (Business and Creator) and Facebook Pages through the official Meta APIs. Connect in a few minutes and stay within Instagram's rules. Looking for a ManyChat alternative built for mobile? This is it.
