- set a goal, any goal. cook five new dishes. build a bigger bicep. journal every night. learn guitar. stay off the apps that eat your evenings. just say what you want, and seriously builds the goal around it — what it tracks, when it nudges, how it checks in.
- get coached in a voice you actually like. every check-in comes from your character, in their voice — hyped, gentle, sassy, whatever fits them and fits the day. never a copy-paste script.
