About Setlist Strength Log
Setlist is a strength training log for iPhone and Apple Watch that shows where every lift stands.
Log your sets and, when you finish, every exercise gets a reading: top of its range, inside it, or under it, and what double progression does from there, read off your own working sets and your own rep and RIR targets. The method is named on screen. You decide what goes on the bar.
LOGGING
A workout is a table: set, last time, weight, reps and optional RIR. Warm-up, drop and failure sets, supersets and mid-session swaps. The rest timer starts when you check a set and notifies you when it ends. The plate calculator knows your bar and plates.
APPLE WATCH AND WIDGETS
Check off sets from your Apple Watch or the Lock Screen. Widgets show your next workout.
ROUTINES AND PROGRAMS
Each exercise in a routine has a prescription: sets, rep range, target RIR, rest, tempo, notes and superset group. A folder of routines can run as a program of several weeks with an optional deload week, and Home shows which routine is next. With Setlist Pro, workouts and programs built from your log fit the time you have, the muscles you want to train and the equipment at your gym. Yours to change.
TRAIN WITH YOUR TRAINER
Invite your trainer by phone number or email. They see what they planned next to what you did, and send you routines and programs that you add in one tap. Stop sharing at any time.
FOR TRAINERS
Clients appear in trainer mode, set by set against the plan. One client is free. Setlist for Trainers adds unlimited clients and includes Pro for you and your clients.
SHARE
Send a routine or program by link. Without the app, the link shows it on the web. Share a finished workout as an image.
PROGRESS AND HISTORY
With Setlist Pro, Home flags lifts that have stalled and shows each muscle's weekly sets against the research range. A calendar marks training days; every workout keeps its sets, estimated 1RM, duration and volume. Each exercise has charts, records and a pinned note. Estimated 1RM uses the Epley formula on sets of twelve reps or fewer and excludes warm-ups; set volume is weight times reps.
EXERCISES AND BODY
688 built-in exercises, each with a demonstration video, plus your own. Weight, body fat and tape sites, charted. Setlist reads weight and body fat from Apple Health and can save finished workouts to it; both are off until you switch them on.
IMPORT AND EXPORT
Setlist reads other training apps' CSV and zip exports, and exports your workouts and body data as CSV.
PRIVACY
An account is optional. Sign in with Apple, Google or your email to keep your training setup and a copy of your workouts with your account. Without one, your training is stored on your iPhone and in your own iCloud private database. Body measurements and Apple Health data stay on your iPhone either way. If you invite a trainer, your workouts and programs are shared with that one person through iCloud. Setlist sends usage counts and crash reports; turn them off in Settings. Setlist sh

A cleaner Setlist. Every screen says less and shows more: iOS 26's Liquid Glass for buttons, bars and sheets, fewer words, and the explanations one tap away.
Your goal, in your own words. Type what you want training to get you, like "bench 225 by summer" or "my first pull-up", and Setlist shows what it read and builds your program from it.
Plans from paper. Import a printed workout deck from Keynote, or a photo of a filled plan sheet, and it becomes a program or a logged workout.
Your page, your choice. Share full workouts, only records, only moments, or nothing. Find people now suggests who you might know before you type.
Also: Home's week puts today in the middle, with the days behind and ahead; firmer haptics on the set check and the rest's end; an amended plan imported again updates its program; and many smaller fixes from your notes.
