Youth Satellite Tracker helps HAM amateur-radio operators and satellite observers plan passes, check radio information and coordinate compatible station equipment.

Observe and plan

• Basic tracking tested: RC2500 BLE and older DTrac Rotor TCP with external sensor
• GS-232B, EasyComm and Hamlib rotctld options
• ICOM CI-V, Yaesu CAT and Hamlib rigctld options
• IC-705 and ID-52 connection/frequency control tested; FT-817ND frequency reading tested, full contact operation not yet validated
• HG-UV88 with DTrac Radio firmware: untested BLE adapter
• Model-dependent readback, Doppler synchronization, uplink/downlink and tone settings, azimuth calibration and end-of-pass handling

English/Chinese, dark/light themes, UTC/Beijing time, iPhone and iPad layouts. Compatibility depends on model, firmware and adapter. Untested models carry an asterisk. Ordinary Bluetooth SPP and direct USB serial are not supported on iOS; Hamlib requires a separately configured server. Buying Pro does not add hardware compatibility. Voice communication uses external radio equipment; follow local radio regulations. The app never automatically keys PTT.

Plans and purchases
The free edition includes satellite lookup, observations, pass predictions, public radio information and the assistant, with advertising. Ad-free Base is a one-time USD 0.99 purchase to remove ads. After obtaining Base, an additional one-time USD 9.90 Pro purchase unlocks compatible rotator and radio control: USD 10.89 regular total for both purchases in the US. These are separate non-consumable purchases, not subscriptions. Other storefront prices are shown by Apple before purchase.
Customers who acquired V1.04 or earlier retain their original device-control and ad-free access. Existing Pro purchases remain valid. Restore using the original Apple Account; entitlements apply to this iOS/iPadOS app on that account.
