Simon Says prices renovation and landscaping jobs on site and turns them into a professional quote your customer can sign. Measure the job, pick the work from your catalog, and the app builds the estimate: materials with waste, labour hours, equipment, disposal and permits.
FROM MEASUREMENT TO QUOTE IN MINUTES
• A catalog of the work you do: pick "Interlock paver patio", enter 320 sq ft, and every material, labour hour and piece of equipment is sized for you
• Starter assemblies for painting, drywall, flooring, tile, demolition, cabinets, decks, sod, mulch, patios, retaining walls, fences and trees. Change them to your supplier prices and your crew's production rates (Your catalog of estimating assemblies is in your app settings), but you can add to them from any task in a quote.
• Feet and inches made easy: type 12' 6" or 96" × 30" and the app converts to linear or square feet
• Convert between metric and imperial measurements.
• Tax and deposit included: 13% HST and a 25% deposit by default, both adjustable
YOUR MARGINS STAY PRIVATE
• Overhead, contingency and profit are spread across the tasks, so the customer sees prices, not your markup
• See labour hours, gross margin and net margin before you send, so you know the job is worth taking
