About Sjögren Criteria
Sjögren Criteria provides fast, organised offline consultation of established Sjögren syndrome classification criteria for healthcare professionals.
Record documented findings and view the two main sets:
• ACR/EULAR 2016 — weighted scoring, entry criterion and exclusions.
• AECG 2002 — six items, including rules for primary and secondary Sjögren syndrome.
The interpretation explains the score item by item, identifies pending tests that may be relevant to the classification criteria, and displays severity alerts described in the app. The complications library is organised by specialty and includes neurological, ophthalmological, rheumatological/orthopaedic, renal, pulmonary, cutaneous/vasculitic, haematological/lymphoma, gastrointestinal/hepatic, endocrine, obstetric and constitutional topics.
A test glossary explains what each examination is, how it is performed, its cutoff and role in the criteria.
The app works entirely offline, without login or cloud services, and does not collect or store patient data.
This is a reference and consultation tool for published criteria. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose and does not recommend treatment. Clinical decisions remain with the responsible physician in the context of each patient.
