Small Todo - AI Task Breakdown

Small Todo is for the tasks you keep putting off. Buy it once and that's the end of it: no subscription, no ads, no account, and nothing extra no matter how much you use it.

The AI runs on your iPhone, on Apple Intelligence or a model you download, so it still works with no signal.

You can also bring your own API key to use an online model (it connects directly to the provider; we can't see your data).

Type the thing you're dreading, like "do laundry", "clean my desk", or "renew my passport", and an AI running entirely on your iPhone breaks it into steps so small they're hard to say no to. Get the laundry basket. Empty it onto the chair. You know, achievable things.

Then comes the fun part: checking them off.

A GAME, NOT A CHORE
Every tick is a little celebration. The checkbox squashes and pops, particles burst, confetti cannons fire from the corners, and your phone gives a satisfying thump. Check steps off quickly and you build combos. Finish a list and the whole screen celebrates with you. (Reduce Motion is fully respected.)

CHANGE OF PLANS? JUST SAY SO
Need to tweak the plan? Type it right into the list, like "my basket is already empty" or "add a little reward at the end", and the steps reshape themselves. What you've already done stays done.

Keep small facts in Memory, like "I live in a second-floor walk-up" or "I won't touch coriander", and Small Todo takes them into account every time it breaks a task down. Everything in Memory is yours to see, edit, or delete.

Everything happens on your device. With Apple Intelligence or the on-device model, your todos, your requests, your Memory: none of it ever leaves your phone. No account, no cloud, no tracking, no ads. It even works in airplane mode.

Use Apple Intelligence, or download an open-weights model (Qwen3.5, recommended) that runs locally instead. Your pick, in Settings.
