About Snakes and Ladders: Daily Dice
The classic board game everyone grew up with — reimagined as a bright, friendly garden adventure for iPhone and iPad.
ROLL, CLIMB, SLIDE
Flick the dice and watch them tumble through the air and land on their number. Hop square by square, climb the ladders and try not to land on a smiling snake. House rules are yours to pick: exact roll to win, extra turns on a six, three-sixes-sends-you-home, and bumping!
BOARDS WORTH PLAYING
Every board is hand-checked before it reaches you. Snakes and ladders hop between neighbouring rows so a move always feels fair, no chute ever runs flat across a row, both kinds turn up in every part of the board - and the very last chute is always a snake, so the run to the finish is never free. Three sizes: Small, Medium and the full Classic.
NINETEEN ACHIEVEMENTS
Something to chase in every game. Climb your hundredth ladder, win without sliding down a single snake, roll five sixes in one game, bump your way to twenty-five, or come back for the Daily seven days running. Every achievement you unlock pays gems for the Snake Palace, and the whole list lives inside the game - no sign-in needed to see where you are.
ONE BOARD, EVERY PLAYER, EVERY DAY
The Daily Challenge deals the same board, with the same rules, to everyone on Earth - and now it has a leaderboard. Fewest rolls to finish wins. You get one try a day, so nobody can play their way to the top; and if you have to put the game down, it is waiting exactly where you left it.
PLAY YOUR WAY
- SOLO: race up to three adorable garden critters - Sunny the Snail, Ziggy the Bee, Coco the Ladybug and friends.
- PASS TO PLAY: up to 4 players on one device. Family game night, anywhere.
- ONLINE: quick matches with players worldwide via Game Center. Always free!
- PLAY WITH A FRIEND: private games with a 6-letter code.
- DAILY CHALLENGE: one seeded board per day, the same for every player on Earth. Come back tomorrow for a new one!
- WAITING LIST: nobody online? Ask to be told when a table opens, then close the app. We'll notify you.
MAKE IT YOURS
Earn gems by playing and spend them in the Snake Palace: adorable critter tokens (dinosaurs and rescue vehicles too!), eight dice styles, and six premium board themes — Beach, Winter Ski, Halloween, Space, Candy Land and Christmas. Weekly Game Center leaderboards crown the most active players and the biggest winners.
FAIR AND FAMILY-FRIENDLY
- No ads. Ever.
- Public online multiplayer is free forever.
- One optional purchase unlocks unlimited play (Solo, Daily, Pass to Play and Friend games) after your free games.
- Designed for kids, honest for parents: your music keeps playing, the silent switch is respected.
Hand-crafted garden artwork, cheerful music and sounds, and a board that always has one more surprise in it. May the best roll win!

MADE FOR IPHONE DUO. Fold your iPhone Duo halfway and stand it on the table: the board stands up where everyone can watch it, and the dice, the pause button and the menus lie flat under your fingers, with a wooden hinge in between. Fully open, the game fills the big screen. Folded shut, it now uses the whole outer screen and keeps clear of the camera.
