Sponta is a job search app built on unsolicited applications: you upload your CV, you swipe through companies and, with a swipe right, you apply.

Sponta writes the email and sends it to the company with your CV attached. Sponta is for every profile: the student looking for an apprenticeship, an internship or a student job, and anyone going for a first role, a permanent or fixed-term contract, temp work or freelancing.

NO MORE WAITING FOR A JOB AD
Looking for work today means waiting. Waiting for a role to be posted, sending your CV at the same time as everyone else, then waiting again for a reply that never comes. You move at the pace other people set.
Sponta takes the problem from the other end. You swipe through companies: what they do, where they are, how many people work there. The ones you like the look of, you contact. Without waiting for an opening to exist. You stop chasing opportunities and start creating them.

YOUR CV FIRST, YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER
You say which contract you're after and which country — cities are optional — and Sponta shows you how many companies you can contact in your area. You know what you're working with before you commit. Only then do you upload your CV, a PDF of 5 MB maximum, read even if it's scanned, and create your account.

ONE APPLICATION, WRITTEN FOR ONE COMPANY
No blank page, no cover letter to rewrite at midnight. Sponta writes a short email, 90 to 130 words, from your CV and from what the company actually does. It goes to an address the company itself publishes, its recruitment address first.
And nothing leaves without your say-so: by default a preview opens, you read it, you edit the subject and the text, or you cancel. A company that doesn't appeal to you: swipe left, and it costs nothing.

THREE DAYS OF SILENCE, THEN YOU CALL
This is usually where people give up. After three days with no reply, Sponta gives you the company's phone number, when it is known, and a call script with your name and the date you applied. Plus three tips: the times of day when people actually pick up, how long to stay on the line, and what to offer if they ask you to send it again. You stop improvising.

WHEN A COMPANY REPLIES
The reply lands in Sponta, with a notification, and you answer there. Your inbox sorts itself: New replies, Phone follow-up, Sent, Archived. Ads and messages that have nothing to do with you don't trigger a notification.

WHAT SPONTA IS NOT
It's not a job board: there are no ads to browse. It's not a dating app, despite the swipe: the cards are companies. And it's not a robot applying for you: you pick every company and, by default, you read every message before it goes.

Do I need a CV? Yes, a PDF of 5 MB maximum. It's the only thing you need to provide.
