supasite

The field. Captured.

Supasite turns every call, meeting and site walkthrough into searchable notes, tasks, and accountability. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Built for contractors, subcontractors, and field workers who make many calls per day and can't afford to forget what was said. No more "he said, she said" disputes. No more chasing your memory at 9pm trying to remember what someone else needed from you.

How it works: Make calls, start your meetings, record observations and take photos through Supasite. We record, transcribe, and summarize automatically. Supasite only takes in what's relevant to your job, then drops them straight into your inbox to always refer back to. Easily sync your phone calls, meetings, photos and action items back to BuildPass and share them with your team.

Why Supasite:
• Every call, meeting, thought and site walkthrough transcribed to notes to refer back to
• AI summaries so you know what was discussed
• Tasks extracted automatically
• One inbox for everything
• Works across all your jobs, all your builders
• A deep BuildPass integration to sync your data and share back to where you work
* Works entirely offline and summarises when you come back online

This isn't another app built for office admins. Supasite is built for the field. For operators in excavators, electricians between jobs, and anyone sick of losing important details in the chaos.

Capture anything. Create everything. Forget nothing.
