About Swap It.
"When was the last time you changed your toothbrush?"
Some things do not need to stay on your mind every day, but when it is time to replace them, restock them, or handle them later, they still need a place to go. Swap It helps you remember these small everyday things.
It is not just another to-do list. It helps you manage the status of household items: still fine, almost due, due today, running low, or postponed for later. Open the app and you will know what needs your attention.
Family
Swap It. 2.0: from keeping track on your own, to keeping track together as a family.
You used to log, replace, and restock household items by yourself. Now create a family and invite people in.
Everyone can open the app and see what is running low or due.
Who restocked and who replaced something stays in Family Activity. No more asking who bought the toilet paper.
9 key features:
1. Today's reminders
See what needs to be replaced, restocked, or handled today, sorted by urgency so the most important items are easy to find.
2. Replacement cycle tracking
Set a usage cycle and reminder date for each item. Great for toothbrushes, towels, filters, contact lenses, air conditioner filters, and other items that need regular replacement.
3. Spare item inventory
Keep track of how many spare items you have at home and set a safe stock level. When the quantity gets low, the app reminds you to restock.
4. Automatic shopping list
Items that are running low can be gathered into a shopping list, so you are less likely to forget them when you go out.
5. Collection book and item photos
Add photos and categories to your items, making household supplies easier to browse and manage than a plain text list.
6. Quick setup for common items
Use built-in templates for common household consumables, so you can add frequently used items faster without starting from scratch.
7. Location organization
Organize items by places such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom, making it easier to find things and check what you have.
8. Usage history and statistics
Record each replacement and restock, then review your actual usage cycle over time to create reminders that better match your routine.
9. Track together as a family
Create a family and invite people in. Everyone can see what is running low or due; who restocked and who replaced something stays in Family Activity.
Expiration dates and shelf life:
Beyond replacement cycles, you can track the expiration date of food, medicine, cosmetics, and skincare. Period-after-opening shelf life is tracked separately, so you get reminded before something expires instead of finding out too late.
Great for tracking:
・Toothbrushes, towels, contact lenses, and other items replaced regularly
・Water purifier filters, air purifier filters, vacuum accessories, and other maintenance supplies
・Batteries, toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning refills, and other spare items
・Cosmetics, skincare, and medicine with an expiry date
・Food and c

Latest updates
2.2.0
Swap It. 2.2: keeping a fuller record of how you use things.
Before, when something ran out you just replaced it — how many spares were left, which size you bought, and where you got it were all things you had to remember yourself.
Now, how much you topped up, which batch you swapped in, where you bought it, and what it cost are all kept.
Bring home a pack of tissues, put one box in the bathroom and one in the living room, and when either runs out, take another from your spares. It's all there when you open the app.
New
- Easy from the very first time: a new interactive tutorial walks you through it step by step.
- Replacing feels more natural: top-ups and replacements are logged separately, and you can choose which spare batch to swap in.
- Where you bought it and what it cost: log the purchase place and price, so it's easy to look back later.
- How fast things go: Usage records show how much you used and spent this month.
- Same item, different sizes: set sizes for your spares, so big packs and small packs stay apart.
Improvements
- Usage actions: Used, Topped up, and Take from spares now take fewer steps and read more clearly.
- Add item: fields are split into required and optional, so it's easier to fill in.
- Item photos: keep the original photo without cutting out the background.
Fixes
- Improved sync and overall stability.
2.1.3
