WIND, TIDE AND CURRENT
Live readings from nearby stations and buoys on a map, with every forecast model side by side. The model closest to recent readings is marked, so you know which one to lean on today. Tidal currents through the passes, tide heights, and an hour-by-hour table for any spot.
PLAN AND FOLLOW A ROUTE
Plan a route on the map and see how long it takes under sail, from your boat's polar and the forecast, or under motor. The tacks are drawn in colour, and the route steers around land and shallows. Saved routes are shared with your boat and crew and work offline, and Onboard follows one with off-course cues.

Race replay is faster and smoother. A race loads sooner, plays without stutter, and Auto speed picks a pace that suits the race. Pick any boat to see its speed and estimated-wind plots, read the class results, and find boats and classes with a search-as-you-type picker. Share a moment from a race as a link that opens at exactly that point.
New sailors get 3 months of Pro free. A first-sail checklist walks you through setting up and recording, and a sample sail shows what a finished session looks like before you have one of your own. Kayaks, canoes and paddleboards are here: plan a paddle through tidal passes with the current, slack windows and a turn-back time, and share your plan. Route planning now covers powerboats too, with fuel and a departure time that picks the best window. Invite a friend from any share link and see who joined from the You page. Your Garmin and Apple Watch now steer you to the boat's target angle and next waypoint. The wind map picks the most accurate model in each area and says which one. Route planning is easier to adjust, and finer currents in the Salish Sea follow the chart's narrow passes. A redesigned session view puts playback on the title line, with glass controls and clearer axis labels. A setting for how strongly wind and currents flow, and switches that match the glass look. Country and island names, search for countries and seas, a softer coastline, Hawaii ocean buoys and a bigger race catalog. Many fixes.
