If the ""re try"" becomes possible, we will inform you by push notification on your smart phone or tablet device.
―In case of use－
■Only customers who has smart phone or tablet device can use this application.
■At the opening time of the museum, all programs will start drawing at the same time.
■You cannot use this application before and after the opening hours of the museum.
■You can draw for each program only once a day for each device.
However, you may be able to draw a ""re try"" of the same program only for those who have been failed.
■The results can be confirmed from the ""Result List"" in the application menu.
■If you don't make it to the start time, you won't be experienced.
■If the ""re try"" becomes possible, we will inform you by the push notification of the smart phone or tablet device only for those who have been failed. If you want to receive the push notification, please set on the notification setting of your device.
■If the application becomes unavailable for any reason, such as a system failure, the lottery may be stopped. Please note that even if the lottery stopped, we will not refund your admission ticket.
■We can't take responsibility if you can't use the application due to trouble caused by your device, such as line trouble of each mobile company, loss of smart phone or tablet device battery.
