THISBOWL (formerly FISHBOWL) is a fast-casual food brand making fresh, asian-inspired bowls — with a side of everything we're obsessed with: design, music, art, fashion, movement and community. We’re on a mission to change the culture of fast food, one bowl at a time. We make healthy food you’ll crave, made fast, from whole, fresh, minimally processed ingredients. Yep, our Culinary Dept. cut and process all the veg for ~60 stores across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Gold Coast. Every single day, seven days / week.

Better yet, every bowl is gluten-free and dairy-free as standard. We’ve got halal-friendly, vegan, vegetarian, and even picky eater options across our menu too.

What’s in a bowl? Good question friend.

* Start with your base – mixed leaves, sushi rice, brown rice or cabbage.
* Choose your veg – kale, bok choy, beets, carrot, onion to name a few.
* Add protein into the mix – poached chicken, slow-cooked beef, miso-glazed salmon fillet, salmon sashimi, miso-glazed eggplant or roasted tofu.
* Toss in our house dressings – think miso, sesame, tamari, shoyu – with a fresh, modern twist.
* Top it off with crunch – how does house tamari almonds or umami cashew crunch sound?

Build your own bowl with only the ingredients you like or go with one of our tried and tested house favourite bowls or boxes. Diehard fans love THE O.G, BEEF BRISKET and SPICY SALMON. A cheeky HOUSE SODA on the side is the perfect pairing (no lie).
