About Tiny Tummies: Feed & Nappy Log
Tiny Tummies is a simple, stress-free way to keep track of your baby's feeding. Whether you're logging milk, first foods, a nappy, medicine, or a temperature at 2am, it's designed to make life a little easier when you're running on very little sleep.
Logging a feed takes a few seconds, as it happens or later when you get a moment. No clutter, no accounts to wrestle with, and no notifications unless you ask for them. Lost your signal? Everything is saved, and syncs when you're back online.
BUILT FOR 3AM
* Today shows the last feed, nappy, and medicine at a glance, with the log buttons always in the same place
* Same again logs the last bottle again in one tap
* The breastfeed timer starts on the side that's next, and switches sides mid-feed
* Tapped the wrong thing? Undo is one tap away
* Night look: low-glare colours, automatically from 9pm to 7am if you choose
JUST ASK SIRI
Hands full? Say "Hey Siri, log a wet nappy in Tiny Tummies", log a bottle, start or finish a feed, or ask when the last feed was. Nothing to set up.
EVERYTHING YOU CAN TRACK
* Milk feeds: how much, how long, and whether your baby was sick afterwards
* First foods and reactions as you start weaning
* All 14 common allergens, tracked automatically as you introduce them
* Nappies: wet, dirty, or both in one tap, with today's count and the last dirty one
* Medicine: one-off doses like paracetamol, or reminders for a course
* Temperature and symptoms when your little one is poorly, in °C or °F
* Weight, and length or height, with an optional NHS-based guide to typical milk intake for your baby's size
DESIGNED FOR REAL LIFE
* Save your usual feed times and log each with one tap
* Optional feed reminders a few hours after a feed
* Scan or search packaged foods to check salt, sugar, and additives, for the whole pack, not just per 100g
* Search every feed, food, and nappy, or look back day by day
* More than one child? Switch in a tap, or see everyone at once
A SECOND PAIR OF EYES ON MEDICINE
Log a dose soon after the last one, or past the usual daily limit, and Tiny Tummies quietly shows you what NHS guidance says. It never tells you a dose is fine, and it never stops you. It just makes sure you've seen it.
GUIDANCE YOU CAN TRUST
Guidance in the app, such as a typical milk intake or what the NHS says about a high temperature, comes from the NHS with a link to the original. It's a reference, not a target. Tiny Tummies records what you enter. It doesn't diagnose medical conditions or calculate medicine doses. If you're ever concerned about your baby's health, speak to your health visitor or GP.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Tiny Tummies doesn't have ads, subscriptions, or tracking. We don't collect analytics, and we don't sell your data. You can export a complete copy of your records at any time, for free, in a format any app can read.
TINY TUMMIES PLUS
Everything above is included when you buy the app. Plus is an optional one-time £5.99 unlock, shared with your Apple family, that adds:

Latest updates
1.1.0
The biggest update yet, built around the 3am feed.
• A new Today screen: the last feed, nappy, and medicine at a glance, with the log buttons always in the same place
• Same again: log the same bottle as last time in one tap
• A breastfeed timer that starts on the side that's next, and switches sides mid-feed
• Siri: say "Hey Siri, log a wet nappy in Tiny Tummies", or ask when the last feed was. No setup needed
• Undo on quick logs, so a mis-tap is one more tap to fix
• Feed reminders, if you'd like one a few hours after a feed
• Search every feed, food, and nappy, from any tab
• Night look: low-glare colours, automatically from 9pm to 7am if you choose, even in Light mode
• The Foods tab shows how many of the 14 common allergens have been tried
• Vaccinations, part of Plus: a record of each jab alongside the NHS routine schedule
• Reduce Motion support, a calmer sign-in, and lots of small fixes
Still no subscription, no ads, and no tracking.
1.0.7
Safer syncing. This update is all about making sure nothing you log is ever lost.
- Anything you log offline, or while signed out, is kept safe and sent when you're back.
- Signing out now warns you if something hasn't been sent yet.
- If someone else signs in on your phone, they can't see your records, and anything you hadn't sent waits for you. It's never sent under their account.
- The app now opens without a signal.
- If a change can't be saved, such as editing an entry someone else logged, the app tells you why instead of quietly undoing it.
Also in this update:
- Nappy counts for each day in History.
- What the NHS says about pale poo, added to the Nappies guidance.
- Households can now have up to six people, as promised.
- Only the household owner can delete children and their records.
- Edit or delete any weight or height entry, right under its growth chart.
- Requests that stall on a poor connection now stop and retry, so the app no longer gets stuck.
- Join codes are now six characters.
- Renaming a medicine, undoing a dose, and several smaller fixes.
Tiny Tummies Plus is a one-time £5.99 unlock, shared with your Apple family. No subscription, ever.
