You know what’s in your cellar. You don’t always know when to open it.

Tire-Bouchon answers that question. Take a photo of a label: the app identifies the wine, vintage and producer, then works out its peak drinking window — the period when the wine is expected to be at its best. And it lets you know when that moment arrives.

SCAN A LABEL
One photo is all it takes. Producer, cuvée, appellation, vintage, grape varieties: everything is identified and filled in for you. No manual entry. No barcode. And if the wine isn’t in our database yet, you can still add it — we’ll complete its profile in the background.

KNOW WHEN TO OPEN IT
Every bottle gets its own drinking window, shown on a simple timeline: keep, ready, at its peak, declining. You’ll get an alert when a bottle enters its best period — so you never discover a great bottle too late again.

SEE YOUR CELLAR AT A GLANCE
Browse your bottles as a list, or laid out just as they sit in your actual wine rack. Each slot’s colour shows the type of wine; the centre marker shows when it’s ready to drink.

TONIGHT’S PAIRING
Describe your meal in one sentence — “roast lamb with rosemary and gratin potatoes”. Tire-Bouchon searches YOUR cellar and suggests the bottles that pair best, taking their drinking windows into account. A perfect match that’s still too young won’t be suggested.

REMEMBER EVERY BOTTLE
Once opened, a bottle becomes a memory: your rating, the aromas you noticed, who you shared it with. A tasting journal that builds itself.

WITH FRIENDS
Share a wine, browse a friend’s cellar, recommend them a bottle. You decide exactly what each person can see.
