Step behind the counter of Kissa Hoshi, a tiny Shōwa-era coffee house tucked into the backstreets of Shimo-Hoshizawa, Tokyo. Its owner, the legendary Master Hoshi, has agreed to take you on as his trainee. Learn the craft, win over the neighborhood, and grow from nervous apprentice to the founder of your own coffee brand.
