TravelSheet: Packing List

TravelSheet is your smart packing list for travel. Instead of typing every list by hand, you pick activities, and the matching items land in your packing list automatically.

How it works:
Create a trip, enter dates, destination and travelers, and choose your activities. TravelSheet assembles the packing list for you, basics like documents, toothbrush and chargers are always included. Then just check off what's in the suitcase.

Packing together:
• Share a trip with everyone travelling with you. Each person checks off their own things on their own iPhone, across separate Apple Accounts
• No shared login and no account with us, sharing runs over iCloud
• Whoever shares is told in the same moment that documents and notes become visible to the others

Activities with ready-made items:
• Beach, hiking, skiing, city trip, camping, business, holiday home, flight, cruise, road trip, train journey, international (visa, adapter, vaccination certificate) and more
• Every template has active items plus optional suggestions you can enable with a tap

Quantities that think for you:
• Items scale with trip length, for instance fresh underwear per day
• Clothing is calculated per person group (men, women, children) and broken down by group
• Laundry on site? One switch calculates for a single week and adds detergent
• Mark glasses or contact lenses per person, cleaning kit and case are added

Your own order:
• Your own categories instead of ten fixed ones: create them, rename them, sort them yourself, and hide the built-in ones you never use
• You decide the order of a trip's sections too
• Group items by template, filter by category, mark any template item as always packed

Your own templates:
• Adjust existing activities or create entirely new ones
• Set per item how often it's needed (once, daily, every few days)
• Import existing lists (OPML, CSV, Markdown, text), anything you already have is recognized instead of duplicated

On every screen:
• Widgets in all four sizes. The large one checks items off without opening the app, the extra large one puts the packing list next to the checklist on iPad
• Apple Watch: countdown, packing progress and the pre-departure checklist on your wrist, plus a complication for the watch face
• Live Activity: on departure day the countdown and progress run on your Lock Screen
• Siri: ask "What's still missing in TravelSheet?" or check items off by voice

Around your trip:
• Destination weather for your travel period (Apple Weather), and if rain gear is missing the app offers to add it
• Pre-departure checklist: water the plants, take out the trash, close the windows, with its own reminders
• Luggage: custom pieces with icons, and grouping the list by luggage shows you what's where
• Weight: estimates per item, a total per piece and a limit, so no bag turns out too heavy
• "Needs buying": flag missing items and filter them as your shopping list
• Documents: any file, photo or PDF on the trip, by drag and drop too, plus text not
