- 📦Triflow updated to version 1.1• Every session starts with a 3, 2, 1, go. Tap anywhere to skip it.
• While a session runs, the timer is front and center with the task you're on right under it and the rest of your list below. Done sits at the bottom, where your thumb is. Not shuffling? Tap Switch on any task to do it next.
• Ended a session too soon? Tap Keep Going to pick up where the timer stopped.
• When a session ends, you'll see what you got done and how long each task took.
• Two new themes: Liquid Glass, made for iOS 26, and Index Card. Try them in Settings. Modern, Flat and Playful have solid buttons now, and their original looks are under Earlier Versions if you prefer them.
• Themes apply the moment you tap one, Light and Dark match your iPhone's setting, and larger text sizes and Reduce Motion work better throughout.

- 📦Triflow updated to version 1.0.5• Your running timer has a Done button now, on the Lock Screen and on your Apple Watch. Tap it to check off the task you're on and the next one shows up. Start on your phone, leave it on the desk, keep going from your wrist.
• Fixed a bug where a session could drop back to the start screen if Triflow was closed and reopened more than once while the timer was running.
Thanks for using Triflow.… more - 📦Triflow updated to version 1.0.4• If you wear an Apple Watch, your running timer now has its own layout in the Smart Stack: the time, the task you're on, and your three dots. Raise your wrist and you know where you are without picking up your phone.

- 📦Triflow version 1.0.3A cleanup update, with a few things I've wanted for a while.
• Your timer now shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island while a session runs.
• Long-press a task to edit it, move it, or delete it before you start. No more resetting everything over a typo.
• The timer keeps the right time if you leave the app or it gets closed, and it won't alarm twice when you come back.
• Your chosen alarm sound now plays in the notification when Triflow is in the background.
• Picking Stopwatch sticks, even if you switch tabs.
• If you end a session early, Keep Going picks it back up with the same tasks.
• Keep Screen Awake now only applies while a session is running, which is easier on your battery.
• Text follows your Dynamic Type size, and VoiceOver reads everything more clearly.
• Built for iOS 26.

About Triflow
Overwhelmed by your to-do list? I created Triflow because I was too. It helps break through decision paralysis and actually start working on what matters.
--
Made for ADHD & Executive Function Challenges
I know the struggle of staring at a mountain of tasks and not knowing where to start. Triflow was born from my own need for something that addresses decision paralysis, improves focus, and helps build momentum with a simple approach backed by research.
--
How Triflow Works (It's Simple, Really)
1 - Choose your top 3 tasks - Just three. Not twenty. This limit changed everything for me, and studies show it reduces overwhelm.
2 - Shuffle if you want - Can't decide which to do first? I added a shuffle feature so Triflow can randomize the order for you.
3 - See one task at a time - Focus on just one thing without the distraction of what's next.
4 - Track your time - Use the timer or stopwatch to maintain momentum and improve time management.
5 - Complete. Celebrate. Repeat. - Watch your progress and build confidence with each completed task.
--
Why It Works
Triflow is built on evidence-based strategies that research shows genuinely help with productivity challenges (see references below) - and I've experienced these benefits firsthand:
• Reduces decision fatigue - Fewer choices = less paralysis and improved task initiation
• Creates external structure - External support systems are proven effective for ADHD management
• Visual progress tracking - Completed tasks trigger dopamine release, reinforcing positive behavior
• Implementation intentions - Concrete plans dramatically improve your ability to start and finish tasks
--
Features That Make the Difference
• Clean, distraction-free interface - Multiple themes available to suit your visual preference
• Haptic feedback - Physical prompts help maintain attention and focus
• Timer alarms - Gentle reminders when time's up for better time awareness
• Shuffle feature - Eliminates the "which one first?" problem that causes procrastination
• Works offline - No account needed, just open and start getting things done
--
In my own life, I noticed that when I was stuck in productivity paralysis, my wife would count "3, 2, 1, go!" and somehow that was enough to get me moving. I built Triflow to recreate that gentle push, helping transform overwhelm into action, one task at a time.
No subscriptions. No complicated features. Just a simple tool I created to help myself focus and get things done – and now I'm sharing it with you.
