Umbra Downloads & RevenueUmbra - UAP Files · App Store

Read the U.S. government's declassified UFO and UAP files — every release, fully searchable, natively presented.

Umbra is the unofficial native iOS reader for the PURSUE disclosure program, the U.S. government's public release of decades of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) records. Every document, image and sensor video the government publishes is indexed in Umbra within minutes of going public — no multi-gigabyte downloads, no cryptic filenames. Just read.

UMBRA CLEARANCE
- Unlimited video, every file, every time
- ECHELON: an AI analyst that runs on your device by default. Ask the archive in plain language and it reads the actual declassified files, OCR'ing scanned pages right on your device, then answers with verbatim quotes and tappable citations, down to the page. Save and revisit research conversations, and get an instant brief the moment a new tranche drops. On iOS 27 you can choose Apple's Private Cloud Compute for fuller answers; otherwise nothing leaves your device.
- Real-time push the moment a new release lands
- Interactive incident map
- Offline cache of your files
- Ad-free reading

ECHELON's AI synthesis runs on Apple Intelligence and requires a supported device on iOS 26; on other devices ECHELON still finds and ranks the most relevant files.
