Untethered-LLM is a privacy-first local Al chat app for iPhone and iPad. It runs GUF language models on-device, can analyze supported attachments locally, and ----keeps chats, settings, models, and exports inside the app sandbox unless you explicitly share something.

What the App Does
-Runs compatible GUF models locally through 1lama. cpp.
-Ships with Qwen3 4B Q4_K_M as the default bundled model and
Smo1LM2 135M Q2_K as a bundled fallback.
-Lets you import compatible GGUF models from Files for local use.
Supports local analysis for supported documents, images, and videos.

How to Use It
-Create a new chat from the Chats screen.
-Type a message, or attach a file or photo if you want local analysis.
-Choose or manage local models in Settings.
-Export or share a conversation only when you want to move data out of the app.
