Up: Anti-Snooze Alarm & Focus

Up helps you take action when motivation isn’t enough.

Wake up on time,
stop scrolling,
stay focused,
protect the moments that matter in your day.

Up creates the right constraints to help you take back control of your time.

THE ALARM THAT ACTUALLY GETS YOU OUT OF BED

The problem isn’t hearing your alarm. It’s turning it off, opening TikTok, Instagram or other apps… and losing precious minutes, sometimes even hours.

Up puts everything in place to keep you from falling back asleep or getting stuck scrolling on your phone.

• Personalized alarm with original sounds
• Missions to turn off the alarm (anti-snooze)
• Post-wake-up check. Completing the mission isn’t enough: Up checks that you’re actually up. If not, the alarm rings again.
• Block selected apps after waking up to prevent scrolling and wasting time in bed

FEWER DISTRACTIONS, MORE ACTION

Up can block the apps that distract you exactly when you need it.

• Scheduled blocks to protect specific times of your day
• Automatic blocks to prevent long scrolling sessions
• Triggered blocks when you want to focus or right after waking up, based on your wake-up time

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

Watch your habits evolve over time and see the commitments you actually manage to keep.

Less snoozing. More time in the morning.
Less scrolling. More time with the people you care about.
More control. A more satisfying day.
