About Usages: AI Usage Tracker
Usages brings AI coding-tool usage into one private dashboard.
Connect supported AI coding services and see the usage information each provider makes available, including quota windows, reset times, token activity, cost summaries, and account status.
FEATURES
• View multiple providers in one dashboard
• Track remaining quota and reset times
• Review daily token and cost history when the provider supplies it
• Set a personal daily token goal
• Get usage alerts and a daily reminder at a time you pick, on time even when the app is closed
• Add Home Screen widgets for quick status checks
• Use Usages on iPad, with a sidebar and two-column screens
• Focus with a countdown or Pomodoro timer, focus sounds, focus stats, and a breathing pause before distracting apps
• Import supported local usage logs for on-device summaries
USAGES PRO
The free plan includes two providers and one quota alert. Usages Pro, an auto-renewable subscription, connects every provider and turns on every alert: thresholds you choose, window resets, run-out forecasts, pace, budget and your daily goal. Yearly or monthly; manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Usages has no accounts. OAuth tokens and Admin API keys are stored in the iOS Keychain and never leave your device. Usage history, settings, and imported summaries stay on your device, and can optionally sync through your own private iCloud. Server alerts upload only the numbers those alerts need, under a random install ID that is not linked to you, and can be turned off in Settings. Crash reports and anonymous product analytics never include credentials, emails, account names or usage figures, are not used for tracking, and can be turned off in Settings. No advertising.
Usages is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any supported service provider. Available metrics vary by provider and account type.

1.6
- Daily reminder at your time: what is left on each limit and today's tokens, once a day at the time you pick. Free.
- Alerts on time, even with the app closed: thresholds, run-out forecasts, your daily goal and the daily reminder now come from the Usages server. It receives only the numbers those alerts need, never your sign-ins, and you can switch it off in Settings > Privacy & connections.
- Your week in review: at the start of each week, a look back at tokens and cost against the week before, your busiest day and every limit you ran out of. It also sits at the top of Insights.
- Next to Run Out widget: always shows the limit with the least left across your accounts, on the Home Screen, StandBy and the Lock Screen.
- Usages on iPad: a sidebar with every screen, two columns where there's room, and an inspector beside the dashboard.
- Unusual reset alerts (Pro): hear about it when a weekly limit resets early, or still hasn't reset when it should have.
- Claude signs in like Codex: approve in the browser and you're back, connected. An expired sign-in shows Reconnect on its card, and sign-ins hold up better.
- Copy a share card as a link, send feedback from Settings, and jump to any month in the usage calendar.
1.4
- Usages Pro: connect every provider and turn on every alert. Free keeps two providers and one quota alert, and everything you connected before stays. Yearly or monthly, managed in Settings > Plan.
- One Lock Screen card for every quota window close to its limit, tightest first, in light or dark to match your Lock Screen.
- Pull down on an account's detail screen to refresh just that provider.
- Widgets follow Light and Dark Mode, and the overview widget is editable.
- Codex, Claude, Z.ai, Kimi, OpenRouter, Grok and Copilot read their latest usage formats.
- Focus sounds play while Usages is open and pause when you leave.
- Crash reports and anonymous product analytics help us find problems. They never include your credentials, email, account names or usage figures, and both can be turned off in Settings > Privacy & connections.
1.3.2
The Focus tab is now a full focus timer.
• Pomodoro and countdowns: time a session as a countdown (15–90 minutes) or a Pomodoro rhythm (25/5 or 50/10, with a long break every fourth block). You're alerted when a block or break ends, even with the app closed, and the Live Activity counts each phase down.
• Focus stats: every finished session is kept on your device. See today's focus time, the last seven days, and your streak.
• Pause before distracting apps: set up a Shortcuts automation and Usages asks you to take two slow breaths before the apps you open without thinking. Then you decide: let it go, or continue. Needs iOS 18.2 or later. Settings › Focus › Pause before apps shows how.
• Focus sounds: rain, surf or white noise, generated on your device, plays for the whole session, even with the screen locked.
• A running session now survives the app being closed or restarted.
