About VCE Study Math Methods
Year 12 VCE Mathematical Methods (Units 3 & 4), end-to-end. Every VCAA area of study, original exam-style problems with full worked solutions, and every kind of practice you'd pay a tutor for — in one app. Plus an optional AI tutor (Amy) for marking, chat, and photo-marking your handwritten working.
THE FULL COURSE — INCLUDED WITH THE APP
• Every VCAA Mathematical Methods Units 3 & 4 area of study: Functions, relations and graphs; Algebra, number and structure; Calculus; Data analysis, probability and statistics
• Original, exam-style problems written to the structure and difficulty of VCAA Exam 1 (technology-free) and Exam 2 (CAS-active), plus the published Examination Reports — full worked solutions for every one
• Exam 1 and Exam 2 simulations plus focused per-unit problem sets
• Render-quality LaTeX math display (SwiftMath) — notation looks like the real exam
• Cartesian + statistical diagrams rendered live (sine/cosine, log/exp, normal distributions, area-under-curve, tangents) — dark-mode aware
• Spaced-repetition flashcards that resurface what you got wrong
• Glossary with plain-English ELI5 explainers
• Per-question commentary in VCAA language
• Daily quiz tile that picks the problems you most need to revisit
• Mastery rings, unit stats, a streak that doesn't shame you for a day off
• Dark mode, multiple icon options, accessibility text scaling
• Universal: iPhone + iPad (Apple Silicon Mac too)
That's what you get for the price of the app. No subscription needed.
OPTIONAL: AMY — AI TUTOR + PHOTO MARKING
• Photo-mark handwritten working: snap a page, Amy marks it against VCAA marking standards step-by-step and pinpoints exactly where you went wrong
• Marks short-answer + extended-response writing against VCAA-aligned criteria — rubric-language feedback
• Explains any concept three different ways until one lands
• Chats one-on-one when you're stuck — patient, no waiting for tuition
• Marks entire mock papers in seconds
• Two tiers (see pricing), both fully optional — the app keeps working without them
PRICING
• The app: one-time purchase. Everything above stays unlocked forever.
• Amy Live ($4.99/mo): unlocks Amy's AI marking, chat, photo marking, and explainers
• Crunch Time ($9.99/mo): Amy Live + 1.5× the daily AI cap — built for the weeks before exams
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Manage in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
