RAIN? WE'VE GOT DLS

FIXES
- Fixed: resuming an in-progress match from Match History opened the scorecard with no way back into live scoring. It now takes you straight back into scoring, exactly where you left off — thanks to the player who reported this one.
- Arm-then-tap extras: tap Wide/No-ball/Bye/Leg-bye, then tap the runs.
- Run-outs now correctly credit the striker or the non-striker.
- Fixed a scoring bug where runs could be credited to a batter who was already out.
