Your player’s baseball career keeps moving, even when the app is closed.
Widget Baseball is a single-player career simulation built around your Home Screen. Create a fictional player, choose how they train and compete, then follow every game, promotion, award, and turning point from the app or widget.
TWO WAYS TO BEGIN
• Start as a Pro
Create a hitter or pitcher, complete five initial training sessions, enter the draft, and begin your first 143-game season the next morning.
• Start in Youth Baseball
Begin in first grade and progress through 12 in-game days. Choose training priorities, schools, and career paths; face rivals and injuries; chase regional titles and Koshien; then carry the same history and abilities into the pro draft.
A CAREER THAT MOVES WITH THE CLOCK
Games progress automatically from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. One real day is one pro season—or one school year in the youth career. Open the app whenever you like to review every result and decision.
FOLLOW THE ACTION FROM YOUR HOME SCREEN
The medium widget shows your player, club, current level, season progress, recent results, key stats, goals, and major career events. With two player slots unlocked, place two widgets and choose a different player for each.
BUILD A COMPLETE BASEBALL STORY
• Hitters, starters, relievers, and closers
• Fictional Japanese and North American clubs
• First Team, Farm Team, Major, and Minor careers
• Trades, free agency, contract decisions, promotions, and demotions
• Postseason series and the World Series
• Detailed season and career statistics
• Awards, records, milestones, rivals, and retirement stories
• Optional Game Center rankings for season, career, amateur, and individual-stat records
• iCloud backup through Game Center Saved Games, plus manual save export and import
LANGUAGE SUPPORT
Switch between Japanese and English on the title screen or at any time in Settings. The selected language is also used by the widget.
FULL ACCESS — ONE-TIME PURCHASE
The free version includes one professional player and the youth career through elementary school. The non-consumable Full Access purchase permanently unlocks junior-high and high-school play, a second simultaneous player, and overseas free agency for all current and future players.
Full Access is not an ad-removal product. Optional special-training sessions require one rewarded video each for both free and paid players. Regular games, statistics, widgets, and normal career progress do not show ads.
No account is required. All teams and players are fictional.

• New Salary rankings in Pro mode! Compete on Game Center for the highest single-season salary and lifetime earnings.
• New player stat rankings in Amateur mode! Batting average, home runs, RBI, stolen bases, ERA, wins, and strikeouts, each for your elementary, junior high, and high school careers. Swipe the tabs on the Tournaments screen to see every ranking, including the national overall standings.
• Amateur overall scores and stats are now submitted to Game Center automatically at 9 PM each day (the end of the school year).
• 6 new hairstyles! Choose from Buzz Cut, Long, Mullet, Ponytail, Braids, and Curly. The existing hairstyles and the Fake Mustache have also been refined.
• Career scores now submit automatically! Every finished season is sent to Game Center on its own, so there is no need to tap a submit button.

English is now available throughout Widget Baseball, including onboarding, every career screen, notifications, rankings, purchase information, and the Home Screen widget.
You can switch between Japanese and English from the title screen or at any time in Settings.
This update also improves text layout and widget readability in English.
